Items dispatched but on the tracking link with the most dreadful delivery company, Hermes, it said 'processing' for days. Got into contact with Disney - they finally replied several days later to be told that Hermes had lost my items but they were no longer in stock so a full refund would be issued. An apology of any inconvenience caused and to 'stay safe'. What an insult!My two year old's personalised stocking can't be replaced and the Christmas Mickey, also personalised, now won't be delivered either. I am devastated, disgusted and quite frankly I have lost total faith. We have ordered with Disney a few times and 80% of the time, we've had incorrect personalisations, lost items etc. This is the final straw.I didn't want a refund; this was not dealing with their abysmal service - I wouldn't be surprised if they had over sold and have used Hermes as a scape goat. We've all had a tough year; thanks Disney for ruining something that I was incredibly excited to gift my toddler with.

I ordered a parcel through the Disney online shop. It arrived damaged and the cardboard security zip had been torn off. The box has split at the side and it has been bashed about. I think it had been opened before delivery.Also, there are two items missing. I tried to discuss this in an online chat and they said they could send the items again. However, this is a gift and they can’t deliver it in time. Today is Thursday and it would be Weds which is almost a week later. This is disappointing service for such a huge company. The online person just disconnected the chat when I asked to speak to someone.This is dreadful service. I thought Disney would be better. I will not shop here again. It is not a safe or trustworthy place to deliver items and their customer service is poor. I don’t understand why they would not speak to me on the phone. I tried calling but hung up after waiting over 20 mins.

Why do we even have to leave 1 star ???

Like everyone else.Ordered a discovery fleece, ordered S size and they delivered a xl size. Ok mistake happens right ?Reordered another size M and this time got a XXL.This time something had to be wrong.I emailed their customer service.Oh boy!You cant speak to the same person twice,they never read previous emails and give you bland ready made templates...We tried to leave a review on their website and guess what? As we apparently breach their guidelines, our review isnt published. I guess negative reviews breach guidelines.Finally got all my refunds after back and forth emails where their staff cant even help, I tried 1 last time to get that fleece, size M.Got a XXL AGAIN !!!!!!!! I emailed straight away asking for explanation.10days later no answer to my email.STAY AWAY AT ALL COST...

After seeing all the negative reviews I was really skeptical about buying something from here.I bought a Jackson Storm remote control car for my son at a ridiculously low price thinking - well something can't be right. Well how wrong was I, the toy came, official disney packaging, the toy works perfectly and delivery was really quick - I have nothing bad to say!

Their site claims 3 days and it turns out to be 3 weeks and you cannot cancel once an order is placed. Will never do business with them again

The worst experience ever!

It was the worst experience ever!! I ordered christmas gifts for my family on November 23th and after 3 weeks, I informed that my order was canceled (I don't know the reason yet). I didn't expect such a lack of professionalism from disneyshop. I put 1 star but I would like to put zero

Disgusting customer service

I placed an order on the 27th november of teddies and a christmas bauble that was a gift. I then had to wait a week for them to say it was shipped saying the bauble was in the package, when the package come I knew straight away the bauble couldn't have been in it as it was just a soft bag. I opened it and the bauble wasn't there, upon getting in touch with customer services they say it's now out of stock and will only refund me or I pick another item of same price or less. Terrible customer services when an item is in stock and ordered then gone when packing order! No goodwill gesture nothing and my grandma upset as she has had the tinkerbell bauble every year. I will think twice before ever using shop disney again. The only reason I give them two stars is because my other items were fine!

Appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service, which really surprises me considering this is Disney.I ordered two custom Star Wars tshirts as a Christmas present for my son as part of a larger order and they have just arrived a few weeks later. One of them is ok, but the other is several sizes too big, despite ordering both in the same size. I suspect they sent an adult Large instead of a child Large. The printed image is also very off-centre which definitely should have been noticed before sending, so this was clearly made in a rush without proper quality checks.I called for a replacement, and after over 40 minutes on hold, I was advised by a very unhelpful agent that I would have to arrange a courier myself to send back the item and then provide proof of postage. Then after they had received and inspected the tshirt, I would need to call again to request a replacement. I explained that this delay would mean that the replacement wouldn't arrive before Christmas, and I offered to send a photo showing the misprinted/over-sized tshirt as evidence so the new order could be processed in time, and I would then send back the tshirt straight away, but he refused and just blamed the issue on the third-party tshirt printing company (I ordered directly from Disney).He said he would send through an email with return instructions, which would require the return postage slip. However, no slip was sent with the order and the email from the agent never arrived.When I asked to speak to a manager, this was refused and I had to insist several times before he eventually agreed to a manager call-back, which I am still waiting for.I do understand that things do go wrong sometimes, but Disney's service recovery was shocking, especially as the issues are entirely their fault. never again.

Worst customer service ever

Dealing with Shop disney customer service is a nightmare. I order a figurine and it was damaged when I received it. To return it it took me 20+ calls with disney to process the return shipping label then another 20+ calls to get the money refunded. Its already 4th week now and still did not get the money back. Every agent will give some excuse and keep extending the timeline.

Order lost

Very poor experience. My order was lost before it got to the courier and I only found out by chasing the customer service team two weeks later and by that time part of the order was sold out.

Ordered a parcel that was to be…

Ordered a parcel that was to be delivered with Hermes. Before it even had the chance to get to me it says it was being returned to the sender. Was on hold to customer service for two hours and no one answered. My postcode apparently doesn’t match my tracking number when that’s the information given to me on my confirmation email. Now stuck with waiting for my mums Christmas present. Expected a lot more from Disney. Also stop using Hermes
